What we look for

Suitable candidates will demonstrate a passion for working with children and commitment to child safety, share values that align with a play-based approach to early years education, interest in continued professional development, be good at communicating (in both verbal and written), be teamwork and collaboration oriented, have a sound understanding of the NQF, National Laws & Regulations and take the lead in implementing NQF-compliant practices only.

Minimum requirements

All candidates must hold a current WWCC, completed child protection course, first aid certificate, completed or current working towards a certificate III, Diploma or ECT in early childhood education and care.
